Common use of Additional Member Meetings Clause in Contracts

Additional Member Meetings. Other than the regular quarterly meetings, the Chair, the Chair’s designee, or a majority of the Members may also call additional meetings of the Members. If such an additional meeting is called by a majority of the Members, one of the Members calling such meeting shall inform the Chair or the Chair’s designee, who shall provide at least ten (10) days’ notice of the meeting to each of the Members.
