Additional NDA. In our provision of the Services, you and we may be required to enter into one or more additional nondisclosure agreements (each an “NDA”) for the protection of a third party’s Confidential Information (such as, for example, a business associate agreement). In that event, the terms of the NDA will be read in conjunction with the terms of the confidentiality provisions of this Agreement, and the terms that protect confidentiality most stringently shall govern the use and destruction of the relevant Confidential Information.

In that event, the terms of the NDA will be read in conjunction with the terms of the confidentiality provisions of this Agreement, and the terms that protect confidentiality most stringently shall govern the use and destruction of the relevant Confidential Information. If in the normal provision of the Services we are in receipt of or otherwise have access to personal health information (as defined in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), we will be your business associate as that term is defined under HIPAA and will enter into a mutually agreeable Business Associate Agreement.
Additional NDA. In the event the parties have entered into an additional non-disclosure agreement (“NDA”), then the terms of such NDA shall supersede and apply in lieu of Section 7.1 through 7.5.

Each tier must certify to the tier above that it will not and has not used Federal appropriated funds to pay any person or organization for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a member of Congress, officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a member of Congress in connection with obtaining any Federal contract, grant or any other award covered by 31 U.S.C. 1352. Each tier must also disclose any lobbying with non-Federal funds that takes place in connection with obtaining any Federal award. Such disclosures are forwarded from tier to tier up to the Customer. As applicable, Contractor agrees to file all certifications and disclosures required by, and otherwise comply with, the Xxxx Anti-Lobbying Amendment (31 USC 1352).Contractor certifies that it is currently in compliance with all applicable provisions of the Xxxx Anti-Lobbying Amendment (31 U.S.C. 1352) and will continue to be in compliance throughout the term of the Contract and further certifies that:

  • Additional Security This guarantee is in addition to and is not in any way prejudiced by any other guarantee or security now or subsequently held by any Finance Party.

  • Supported Initial and Renewal Registration Periods a. Initial registrations of Registered Names (where available according to functional specifications and other requirements) may be made in the registry for terms of up to ten years.

  • Initial Registration Periods Initial registrations of registered names may be made in the registry in one (1) year increments for up to a maximum of ten (10) years. For the avoidance of doubt, initial registrations of registered names may not exceed ten (10) years.
