ADDITIONAL NEW BUDGET AUTHORITY. If, for any of fiscal years 2022 through 2027, a bill, joint resolution, amendment, amendment between the Houses, or conference report making discretionary appropriations for such a fiscal year provides an amount for wildfire suppression oper- ations in the Wildland Fire Management accounts at the Department of Agriculture or the Department of the Interior, then the adjustments for that fiscal year shall be the amount of additional new budget authority provided in that measure for wildfire suppression operations for that fiscal year, but shall not exceed the amount for that fiscal year specified in section 251(b)(2)(F)(i) of the Bal- anced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (2 U.S.C. 901(b)(2)(F)(i)).

ADDITIONAL NEW BUDGET AUTHORITY. If a bill, joint resolution, amendment, amendment between the Houses, or conference report making discretionary appro- priations for fiscal year 2022 provides an amount for dis- aster relief, the adjustment for fiscal year 2022 shall be the total of such appropriations for fiscal year 2022 des- ignated as being for disaster relief, but not to exceed the amount equal to the total amount calculated for fiscal year 2022 in accordance with the formula in section 251(b)(2)(D)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Def- icit Control Act of 1985 (2 U.S.C. 901(b)(2)(D)(i)), except that such formula shall be applied by substituting ‘‘fiscal years 2012 through 2022’’ for ‘‘fiscal years 2012 through 2021’’.

  • Annual Operating Budget and Financial Projections Within sixty (60) days after the end of each fiscal year of Borrower Representative (and promptly and within five (5) days of any material modification thereto), an annual operating budgets, on a consolidating basis (including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements, by month) for the upcoming fiscal year of Borrower Representative, as approved by Borrower Representative’s Board, together with any related business forecasts used in the preparation of such annual financial projections.

  • Budget Consulting Engineer/Architect shall advise City if, in its opinion, the amount budgeted for construction is not sufficient to adequately design and construct the improvement as requested.

  • Development Budget Attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by this reference is the Development Budget in an amount equal to $_____________. Owner acknowledges and represents that the attached Development Budget includes the total costs and expenses to acquire, develop, renovate and construct the Real Property and the Apartment Housing.

  • Cash Basis and Budget Laws The right of the City to enter into this Agreement is subject to the provisions of the Cash Basis Law (K.S.A. 10-1112 and 10-1113), the Budget Law (K.S.A. 79-2935), and all other laws of the State of Kansas. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted so as to ensure that the City shall at all times stay in conformity with such laws, and as a condition of this Agreement the City reserves the right to unilaterally sever, modify, or terminate this Agreement at any time if, in the opinion of its legal counsel, the Agreement may be deemed to violate the terms of such laws.

  • Business Plan and Budget As soon as available, but in any event within sixty (60) days after the end of each fiscal year of the Borrower, an annual business plan and budget of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a Consolidated basis, including forecasts prepared by management of the Borrower, in form reasonably satisfactory to the Lender, of Consolidated balance sheets and statements of income or operations and cash flows of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a fiscal year basis and, in the case of such forecasted statements of income, on a fiscal quarterly basis for the immediately following fiscal year. As to any information contained in materials furnished pursuant to Section 6.02(f), the Borrower shall not be separately required to furnish such information under Section 6.01(a) or (b) above, but the foregoing shall not be in derogation of the obligation of the Borrower to furnish the information and materials described in Sections 6.01(a) and (b) above at the times specified therein.

  • OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET (OMB) AUDIT REQUIREMENTS The parties shall comply with the requirements of the Single Audit Act of 1984, P.L. 98-502, ensuring that the single audit report includes the coverage stipulated in 2 CFR 200.

  • Business Plan The Lenders shall have received a satisfactory business plan for fiscal years 1999-2006 and a satisfactory written analysis of the business and prospects of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for the period from the Closing Date through the final maturity of the Term Loans.

  • Proposing Integration Activities in the Planning Submission No integration activity described in section 6.3 may be proposed in a CAPS unless the Funder has consented, in writing, to its inclusion pursuant to the process set out in section 6.3(b).
