Disaster Relief. If you qualify (e.g., sustain an economic loss or are otherwise affected by certain disasters designated by the IRS), you may be eligible for favorable tax treatment on certain IRA transactions as prescribed by the Internal Revenue Code, regulations or the IRS. Favorable tax treatment may include (but is not necessarily limited to) relief from the early distribution penalty tax, the option to include a distribution in your gross income ratably over a prescribed number of years, repayment of distributions, and the ability to roll over distributions without regard to rollover restrictions (e.g. 60-day roll over rule). Disaster Relief. If Specimen/s and/or expanded MSC’s are required for any stem cell transplantation/s or any clinical trial/s approved by national or international regulatory health bodies as applicable, and is rendered unfit and/or insufficient, for any unforeseen reason, that is beyond the reasonable control of the Service Provider, and which may potentially deteriorate or cause loss, harm and damage, entirely or partly, of the Umbilical Cord Blood and/or Specimen/s and/or expanded MSC’s, during transit, processing and/or storage, and if LifeCell is unable to source matching Umbilical Cord Blood Specimen/s and/or expanded MSC’s from any public stem cell bank worldwide and/or from the LifeCell Registry (applicable only to Community Banking Clients) within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the request by the Client for Specimen/s and/or expanded MSC’s for stem cells transplantation then LifeCell shall pay within 14 (fourteen) days ₹2,000,000 (INR Two Million only) to the Client.
Disaster Relief. 36.1 This clause applies where a Health Service Chief Executive or delegate determines that the HHS is required to respond to an impending or potential disaster or disaster; impending or potential public health emergency or a public health emergency, or other event that would overwhelm resources.
36.2 Employees will be provided with meals and water where it is possible and reasonable to do so and where the employee is unable to provide their own meals and water because they are unable to leave the facility.
36.3 Where an employee is unable to leave the facility, or is required to remain at the facility for long periods of time and it is reasonable and necessary, the employee will be provided with rest space, accommodation and amenities.
36.4 If an employee is unable to attend work or a suitable alternative place of work because of a disaster the employee will receive payment for special leave pursuant to Special leave HR Policy C7.
36.5 The parties agree, time off in lieu (TOIL) is inappropriate during or after a declared disaster given the need to work beyond usual hours to maintain clinical services.
36.6 Nurse Grade 10 and above A Nurse Grade 10 and above may claim overtime in the following circumstances:
(a) When a disaster has been declared under the Disaster Management Act 2003 or when an “internal” disaster, limited to a particular Hospital and Health Service (or facility/service), is declared by a Hospital and Health Service Chief Executive (or delegate).
(b) The employee works additional hours that attract the overtime payment as a direct consequence of the declared disaster. All claimed overtime must have been worked in order to maintain clinical services, either during or after a declared disaster.
(c) All overtime must be authorised and paid in accordance with clause 19.2 of this Agreement.

Disaster Relief. If the Project is damaged by an earthquake, or other disaster or emergency is declared by a local government, the Governor of the State of California, or the President of the United States, apply to the Office of Emergency Services (“OES”), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (“FEMA”), or other similar agency, the City shall apply for federal, state and local disaster relief funds in the maximum amount permitted under federal, state and local law, respectively, and apply all such designated funds received towards the repair or reconstruction of the Project.

In the event of a natural disaster or other County emergency, Franchisee shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide assistance to Franchisor in the form of equipment, labor, and disposal services, at rates as identified in Exhibit A. Emergency contingencies may occur where in order to protect the health and safety of the public the County deems it necessary to permit and/or contract with other entities, companies or services to collect, transport or dispose of solid waste resulting from an emergency and/or disaster.
Disaster Relief. The Employer shall comply with relevant Missouri state and federal regulations concerning employees being provided necessary time off without loss of pay, as applicable, for purposes of providing disaster relief or response to a state of emergency.
