Additional Officers and Employees. The Board shall have the power to authorize such additional officers and assistants as may be necessary and appropriate, including retaining one or more administrative service providers for planning, implementing, and administering the CCA Program. Such officers and employees may also be, but are not required to be, officers and employees of the Parties.
Additional Officers and Employees. The Board shall have the power to appoint such additional officers and to employ such employees, assistants, contractors, consultants and others as may be appropriate. Such power shall include, but not be limited to, the power to appoint a Manager for the purposes of managing and administering the Authority, and an Operator for the purposes of providing operations, maintenance, and similar services to the Authority. A Member Agency may be appointed as the Authority's Manager and/or Operator pursuant to a written agreement with the Authority.
