Member Agency definition

Member Agency means a voting and dues paying municipal or other government entity located within Kitsap County which is a party to this Agreement.

Member Agency means each public agency which is a member of Alameda CTC pursuant to the JPA.

Member Agency or “Member” means any public agency which is a signatory and party to this Agreement.

Examples of Member Agency in a sentence

• A Member Agency may be appointed as the Authority's Manager and/or Operator pursuant to a written agreement with the Authority.

• Each Member Agency shall receive a copy of any bylaws developed and adopted under this Section.

• Any assignment of a membership in the Authority made under this Section 10.6 by the governing body of any Party hereto will not result in the novation of the assignor Member Agency’s obligations with respect to this Agreement, a Financing Agreement or any other agreement which may obligate the assignor Member Agency, unless such novation is agreed to in writing by such consenting Member Agency, the assignee and the assignor Member Agency.

• Contributions for each Member Agency shall be due and payable to the Authority on a monthly basis with the first payment being made within thirty (30) days of approval of the budget.

• The withdrawal of a Member Agency shall not terminate its responsibility to contribute its share of any obligation incurred by the Authority, including amounts determined by the Board for (1) liabilities and claims accrued during the time the agency was a Member Agency or (2) budgeted expenses for the Fiscal Year in which notice of intent to withdraw is given.

Member Agency means each of the original signatories to this Agreement and any Local Agency, which hereafter becomes a signatory to this Agreement pursuant to Section 6.12.

Member Agency means a party to the JPA. Current member agencies are the County of Alameda, the Cities of Alameda, Albany, Berkeley, Dublin, Emeryville, Fremont, Hayward, Livermore, Newark, Oakland, Piedmont, Pleasanton, San Leandro, Union City, and the Castro Valley and Oro Loma Sanitary Districts. The service areas for the purpose of Section 98 of this Ordinance are:

Member Agency means any public agency that is a party to this Agreement.

Member Agency or “Member Agencies” shall mean the local and/or regional public agencies regulated under the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. § 1251 et seq., the federal Safe Drinking Water Act, 42 U.S.C. § 300f et seq., and/or the state Safe Drinking Water Act, Health & Safety Code § 116275 et seq., that operate within or have jurisdiction over any area within the North Bay Region, and that are signatories to this MOU. Member Agencies are entitled to one voting member on the Board of Directors and Technical Advisory Committee as defined herein.

Member Agency means a general purpose municipal corporation or government agency, a fire district, a Public Safety Interlocal Operation, tribal government, or a state agency created under the laws of the State, which has accepted the terms of and has executed the Intergovernmental Agreement in accordance with the terms thereof as a Member Agency, including original signatories to the Intergovernmental Agreement and entities that joined TCOMM911 in accordance with the provisions of the Intergovernmental Agreement.
