Action Item Task MSU Status Comments I.1 The University will employ and empower a Clery Act compliance professional (CCP). The CCP must report to a Vice President (VP) or equivalent. The CCP must not be employed in or under the sole authority of the Office of the General Counsel (OGC). Competent Authorities The Parties shall inform each other about the structure, organisation and division of competences of their competent authorities during the first meeting of the Sanitary and Phytosanitary Sub-Committee referred to in Article 65 of this Agreement ("SPS Sub-Committee"). The Parties shall inform each other of any change of the structure, organisation and division of competences, including of the contact points, concerning such competent authorities.
State Approval of Replacement Personnel The Engineer may not replace the project manager or key personnel without prior consent of the State. The State must be satisfied that the new project manager or other key personnel is qualified to provide the authorized services. If the State determines that the new project manager or key personnel is not acceptable, the Engineer may not use that person in that capacity and shall replace him or her with one satisfactory to the State within forty-five (45) days.
PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ALLOTTEE/ SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Apartment/ Plot and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottee of the Apartment/ Plot, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment/ Plot for all intents and purposes.
