Additional Owner Rights Regarding Security Inquiries. In addition to the foregoing, Owner reserves the right to: (1) have an employee/prospective employee of CM@Risk be required to provide fingerprints and execute such other documentation as may be necessary to obtain criminal justice information as required by law; (2) act on newly acquired information whether or not such information should have been previously discovered; (3) unilaterally change its standards and criteria relative to the acceptability of CM@Risk's employees and/or prospective employees; and, (4) object, at any time and for any reason, to an employee of CM@Risk performing work (including supervision and oversight) under this Agreement.
