Software Access. Software images and/or updates to the Software in Cloud Access, if and when available, (a) may be made in the form of new images and available via the Vendor’s Cloud and/or (b) may be transferred by you to a Cloud.
Software Access. In connection with the Payroll Services, we will grant you and your Users access to Payroll Cloud-Based Solution. The Payroll Cloud-Based Solution is also subject to our Terms of Use for Cloud-Based Solutions. For the avoidance of doubt upon any termination of the Payroll Services, we may terminate your and your Affiliates’ access to the Payroll Cloud-Based Solution that we granted to respective Users. We do not grant any title or license in or to the Payroll Cloud-Based Solution, and solely grant rights of access. You agree that you and your Users will use the Payroll Cloud-Based Solution in accordance with the grants and restrictions of our Terms of Use for Cloud-Based Solutions and any additional terms provided to you by our Insperity Partner. You also acknowledge and agree that (i) we are not a representative or agent of our Insperity Partner and that we have no legal authority to act on behalf of or bind any such Insperity Partner to any agreement; and (ii) this Agreement does not create any legal or binding obligations between our Insperity Partner and you. Such Insperity Partner will enter into separate agreements with you, where applicable.

Software Access a non-exclusive right to be a software access --------------- provider and to allow Customers to use the Software only as a part of the ASP Software Package and only through the ASP System to Customers participating under the ASP Program within the Territory; and
Software Access. 4.1 The Software is initially distributed in evaluation mode, which allows limited functionality. The Customer may activate the full production mode of the Software for an Account by entering a valid licence key which will be supplied by Atmail as part of the Services.

Software Access. Access, if any, to Customer’s computer, telecommunication or other information systems (“Systems”) is hereby granted solely to provide the Services described in this Agreement and is limited to those specific systems, time periods, and personnel as are reasonably needed to effect the purpose of this Agreement. Access is subject to business control and information protection policies, standards, and guidelines as may be provided by Customer. Without limiting the foregoing, Humanity warrants to Customer that it has adequate security measures in place to comply with the above obligations and to ensure that access granted hereunder will not impair the integrity and availability of Customer’s systems.
Software Access. For each Instance of Software purchased from Services Provider for use in the Portal, you will receive access to the Software during the applicable subscription period. The Software is provided only within the Portal and only for your own benefit and internal use. You will need a subscription for each Instance and each Instance may only be accessed by you as the subscribing end user and not by a third party.

STANFORD shall use that certain Software, known as InvaderCreator(TM), together with quality control protocols designated by TWT for the design, development and quality control of Probe Sets hereunder. During the course of Phase 1 Development Program, TWT agrees to make such Software available to SHGC personnel for use in performing the Phase 2 Development Program in accordance with Sections 3.2 and 5.1 above; and from time to time such upgrades and enhancements thereto and such other software, in each case by means of providing controlled access to a site specified by TWT on the world wide web maintained by or at the direction of TWT. Such access will be provided to SHGC personnel in accordance with reasonable procedures established by TWT from time to time, which will include (without limitation) password-protected access by SHGC personnel. STANFORD shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that only those employees and contractors of STANFORD who need to have access to the Software for purposes of this Agreement have access to the passwords therefor.
Software Access. The Client may be provided with the right to use one or more CCMSI Applications in connection with the services provided by CCMSI in this Agreement. CCMSI Applications include iCE, MyReports, Loss Control ASAP, Loss Control Resources and iCEBAR. The right to use CCMSI Applications is non-exclusive, limited to the term of this Agreement per paragraph H.1., non-transferable and is solely for the internal business use of Client.
