Common use of Additional Parking Clause in Contracts

Additional Parking. The Employer agrees to provide funding in the amount of $50,000.00 in state fiscal years 2018-2019 to fund additional parking for full-time and part-time employees who are assigned to the downtown Concord area and who are not provided with a state-provided parking space for their personal vehicle. This provision shall be administered in accordance with past practice.

Additional Parking. The Employer agrees to provide funding in the amount of $50,000.00 in state fiscal years 20182014-2019 2015 to fund additional parking for full-time and part-time employees who are assigned to the downtown Concord area and who are not provided with a state-provided parking space for their personal vehicle. This provision shall be administered in accordance with past practice.

Additional Parking. The Employer agrees to provide funding in the amount of $50,000.00 100,000.00 in state fiscal years 2018-2019 year 2008 and $100,000.00 in state fiscal year 2009 to fund additional parking for full-time and part-time bargaining unit employees who are assigned to the downtown Concord area and who are not provided with a stateassigned an Employer-provided parking space for their personal vehicle. This provision shall be administered in accordance with past practicethe December 2005 draft Memorandum of Understanding developed by the committee established in Article 23.1 of the Agreement.
