Additional partial cancellation. The Borrowers may at any time during the Availability Period by notice to the Agent (effective only on actual receipt) cancel with effect from a date not less than ten (10) Banking Days after receipt by the Agent of such notice the whole but not part only, but without prejudice to its obligations under Clauses 11.7 and 21.2, of the Commitment of any Bank to which the Borrowers shall have become obliged to pay additional amounts under Clause 11.7 or 21.
