Amendment and Cancellation. We may amend or change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any change in the manner provided by applicable law prior to the effective date of the change. However, if the change is made for security purposes, we can implement such change without prior notice. We may cancel or suspend your Card or this Agreement at any time. You may cancel this Agreement by returning the Card to us. Your termination of this Agreement will not affect any of our rights or your obligations arising under this Agreement prior to termination. In the event that your Card Account is cancelled, closed, or terminated for any reason, you may request the unused balance to be returned to you via a check to the mailing address we have in our records. There may be a fee for this service. Subject to applicable law, the Issuer reserves the right to refuse to return any unused balance amount less than $1.00.

In the event your Card Account is cancelled, closed, or terminated for any reason, you may request that the unused balance be refunded to you. For security purposes, you may be required to supply identification and address verification documentation prior to being issued a refund. In the event this Card Program is cancelled, closed, or terminated, we will send you prior notice in accordance with applicable law. The notice will contain specific information and instructions, including how and when you may receive a refund of any remaining Card Account balance. The Issuer reserves the right to refuse to return any unused balance amount less than $1.00. The time frame for processing and delivery of any refund depends on the method you select to receive it. Refund delivery methods may include, but not be limited to, mailing a paper check to you (allow 10 business days for processing and delivery) and the option to receive an electronic check by email (requiring you to print a paper check).

However, if the amendment(s) is made for security purposes or your benefit, we may implement it without prior notice.
7.8.1. We may cancel or suspend your Account or this Agreement at any time. You may cancel this Agreement by emailing xxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx to close your Account. Your cancellation of this Agreement will not affect any of our rights or your obligations arising under this Agreement prior to cancellation.
7.8.2. If your Account is canceled, closed or terminated for any reason, you may request the balance to be returned to an external account that you have maintained, including any linked external account. Allow at least fourteen (14) days for processing of such balance return. If Platform’s offering is canceled, closed, or terminated, Platform will be responsible for sending you prior notice, in accordance with applicable law. Specific information and instructions, including how to convert and receive any remaining Account balance, will be included in the notice.

You may discontinue your use of your card at any time and may choose to discontinue your use of the services provided by Instant Financial at any time (“Termination”). Your decision to discontinue use of your card and/or the services of Instant Financial will not affect any of our rights or your obligations arising under this Agreement prior to termination. In the event that your Card Account is cancelled, closed, or terminated for any reason, you may request the unused balance to be returned to you via a check to the mailing address we have in our records. There is no fee for this service. The Issuer reserves the right to refuse to return any unused balance amount less than $1.00. Any request for a return of funds shall be processed within a reasonable period of time after your request. We and your Employer, where applicable, reserve the right to deduct funds from your Card Account in order to correct a previous error or overpayment to you, and you authorize us (a) to share information as necessary with your Employer in connection with resolving any errors or overpayments related to Payroll loads to the Card and (b) to the extent applicable, to accept instructions from your Employer to add or deduct funds from your Account and, in the case of deductions, to return those funds to your Employer.

In the event the Gift Card Account is cancelled, closed, or terminated for any reason you may request the unused balance to be returned to you by check to be sent to the mailing address you provide to us. The Issuer reserves the right to refuse to return any unused balance amount less than $1.00.

You may withdraw your acceptance of the Agreement by calling (000) 000-0000 to close your Account. Your withdrawal of acceptance of the Agreement will not affect any of our rights or your obligations arising under the Agreement prior to the withdrawal. If the Account is cancelled, closed, or terminated for any reason, you may request the unused balance be returned to you by check sent to be mailed to the mailing address we have in our records. For security purposes, you may be required to supply identification and address verification documentation prior to our issuing a refund check. Allow fourteen (14) days for processing and mailing of the refund check. In the event the program is cancelled, closed, or terminated, we will send you prior notice, in accordance with applicable law. Specific information and instructions, including how to receive any remaining Account balance, will be in the notice.
Amendment and Cancellation. We or the Bank may amend or change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any change in the manner provided by applicable law before the effective date of the change. However, if the change is made for security purposes, we or the Bank can implement such change without prior notice. We or the Bank may cancel or suspend your Card or this Agreement at any time. You also may cancel this Agreement by returning the Card to us or by calling 0-000-000-0000 or customer service at the number on the back of your Card. If you cancel your Card, you may zero out you Card Account balance before closing your Card Account or request that we send you a check in the amount of your Card Account balance when you close your Card Account, which we will do for a fee as set forth in the Schedule of Fees and Charges attached to this Agreement. If your Card is canceled by us when your Card Account has a balance, we will send you a check in the amount of your Card Account balance for no charge. In all events, any check we send will be sent to the address we have for you in our records. Your termination of this Agreement will not affect any of our rights or your obligations arising under this Agreement before termination.

You may cancel this Agreement by calling (000) 000-0000 to close your Oxygen Savings Account. Your termination of this Agreement will not affect any of our rights or your obligations arising under this Agreement prior to termination. If your Savings Account is cancelled, closed or terminated for any reason, any remaining balance will be transferred to your Oxygen Consumer Deposit Account. You will not be eligible to apply for a new Savings Account until ninety (90) days after the date of closure. If your Savings Account is closed prior to the end of the statement cycle, any accrued interest earned for that statement cycle will be forfeited.
