Additional Performances. For additional performances in excess of the limitations specified in Clauses 16:01 through 16:04, the following additional payments shall be required:
Additional Performances. For each additional performance over eight (8) in any performance week the musician shall receive one-eighth (1/8th) of the musician's weekly performance fee. The musician’s performance fee will not be reduced if there are less than eight (8) performances in a week except as provided for in Article 11.3 Partial Performance Week.
Additional Performances. A Chorister who appears in a fifth (5) performance in a week shall, in addition to his/her weekly compensation, receive a sum equal to one-fifth (1/5) of his/her weekly compensation. In no event shall there be more than five (5) performances in a week.
Additional Performances. Any Dancer who performs in more than five (5) performances in a week shall receive, in addition to his/her weekly compensation, one and one-half (1-1/2) times his/her performance rate for the sixth (6th) performance in a week and double (2 times) his/her performance rate for the seventh (7th) and any subsequent performance in a week.
Additional Performances. (a) Any Chorister who performs in more than four (4) performances in a week shall, in addition to his/her weekly compensation, receive compensation as follows:
(i) Any Chorister hired before August 1, 2011 who performs in a fifth (5th) performance in a week shall receive for such performance: Subject to the provisions of SECTION ONE, Article TWENTY-THIRD. The above rates are calculated based upon the per performance rate multiplied by 1.492.
(ii) Any Chorister hired on or after August 1, 2011 who performs in a fifth performance in a week shall receive for such performance: 1, 2 & 3 $394.26 4 492.83 Subject to the provisions of SECTION ONE, Article TWENTY-THIRD.
(iii) Any Chorister who performs in a sixth (6th) performance in a week shall receive one and one-half (1-1/2) times his/her performance rate for such performance, and any Chorister who performs in a seventh (7th) performance in a week shall receive double
Additional Performances. 5.6.1 Upon at least seventy-two hours prior notice to the artist, the manager may arrange performances additional to the number of performances per working week reflected in the schedule, provided that the artist shall not be required to perform in more than twelve performances in the case of an eight performance engagement in any working week. The artist undertakes to perform in such additional performances subject to professional availability. When the artist performs in these performances, the artist’s remuneration for that week shall be calculated according to the provisions of 5.6.2
Additional Performances. Additional performances over eight (8) in any one Performance Week shall be subject to an Additional Performance Fee (Art.20.3) with the exception that any performance(s) in excess of five (5) in any three (3) consecutive day period, any performance in excess of nine (9) in a performance week and/or any performance on the free day or on the seventh day (Art. 11.3) shall be paid at two (2) times the regular performance rate for each such service.
Additional Performances. If an additional performance is scheduled into a Week, the Manager will pay the performers and stage management pro-rata 1/12th (one-twelfth) of their weekly Salary for that performance.
Additional Performances. If the Employer schedules additional performances beyond the originally planned run, and derives box office income from such performances, the Artist shall receive a minimum payment of six percent (6%) of the contractual fee, for each week of performance (pro- ratable based on 7 performances) beyond the originally contracted closing date. In no case shall such payment be less than fifteen dollars ($15) per performance. Additional pension (9%) and health (9%) contributions are due on any extension payments and must be paid as same accrues. Extension payments and benefits shall be due to the Artist and SDC no later than ten (10) days following the extended closing date for the production.
Additional Performances. If the Event is a ticketed event and has more than one performance in a day, the Hirer will pay an additional Venue Hire Fee of 50% of the daily Venue Hire Fee for each additional performance.
