ADDITIONAL PHYSICIANS. The decision to employ or engage an additional Physician (“New Physician”) shall be made by the Practice (after consultation with the Company) and the terms of any employment contract or similar agreement between the Practice and such New Physician shall be determined by the Practice. Each Physician (including each New Physician) shall be deemed an employee, independent contractor or agent of the Practice.
