Common use of ADDITIONAL PHYSICIANS Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL PHYSICIANS. The decision to employ or engage an additional Physician (“New Physician”) shall be made by the Practice (after consultation with the Company) and the terms of any employment contract or similar agreement between the Practice and such New Physician shall be determined by the Practice. Each Physician (including each New Physician) shall be deemed an employee, independent contractor or agent of the Practice.

ADDITIONAL PHYSICIANS. The decision to employ or engage an additional Physician (“New Physician”) shall be made by the Practice (after consultation with the Company) and the terms of any employment contract or similar agreement between the Practice and such New Physician shall be determined by the Practice. Each The Practice has the authority and responsibility to hire New Physicians for any of the Cancer Centers, as the Practice sees fit, in its sole discretion, provided that the cost to employ or engage any such New Physician (including each New Physician) shall be deemed a Practice Expense.
