Additional Policy Requirements. In the event the primary insurance policy does not so provide, PSP shall obtain and maintain endorsements for each deficient policy, or provide such other document(s) as may be approved in advance by TFC, that satisfy all of the following requirements: 10.2.3.1. naming “Texas Facilities Commission, X.X. Xxx 00000, Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000, its officials, directors, employees, representatives, and volunteers” as additional insureds, provided however, this requirement does not apply to professional liability insurance or workers’ compensation insurance; 10.2.3.2. the policy, or such other document(s) as may be acceptable to TFC, must obligate the insurer, or a third-party acceptable to TFC, to notify the Texas Facilities Commission, Attention: Insurance Specialist, X.X.
