Additional Policy Requirements. In the event the primary insurance policy does not so provide, A/E shall obtain and maintain endorsements for each deficient policy, or provide such other document(s) as may be approved in advance by TFC, that satisfy all of the following requirements. 10.3.3.1. Naming “Texas Facilities Commission, P.O. Box 13047, Austin, Texas 78711, its officials, directors, employees, representatives, and volunteers” as additional insureds, provided however, this requirement does not apply to professional liability insurance or workers’ compensation insurance. 10.3.3.2.
