Additional Professional Compensation. The salary schedule is based upon a normal weekly teaching load as herein defined in Article VI. For extra work, teachers shall be entitled to appropriate additional professional compensation. (See Academic and Athletic Schedules). Any teacher with an academic or athletic schedule assignment who withholds services required of the position shall not be entitled to retroactive pay for the period such service was withheld.
