Additional Professional Development Compensation. 1) Unit employees shall be paid for time in attendance at any jointly approved additional professional development beyond that scheduled in the school calendar, at two thirds (2/3) of the Schedule D rate. 2) Additional salary amounts due unit employees under this provision will be certified by the building principal in time for inclusion on the payroll.
