ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEES. 1. Compensation for the damage resulting from non-performance or improper performance of the Agreement by the Lessee due to the Lessee's fault, regarding the obligation to return the car in a non-deteriorated condition, shall be made by paying a contractual penalty in the amount specified below, unless the Lessee proves that the violation of the Agreement occurred for reasons for which he/she is not liable:
