Additional Reporting Requirements. (A) The Contractor shall submit the following reports on the dates listed. If the due date falls on a weekend or on a state holiday, the report shall be due the following business day: (1) Upon request, the Contractor shall provide, to the Department its list of CHIP covered codes within two weeks of the request. (2) The Contactor shall report quality measures as required by CMS and those measures designated by the Quality Improvement Council.
