Additional Resource Charges and Reduced Resource Credits. (ARCs and RRCs) 1. Deployment of a new Server Service Tier Matrix, Enterprise File or DBaaS Instance 2. Deployment of a new Server Service Tier Matrix, Enterprise File or DBaaS Instance in support of an application upgrade or platform upgrade 3. Replacement of an existing Server Service Tier Matrix, Enterprise File or DBaaS Instance via consolidation or refresh 4. Decommission of an existing Server Service Tier Matrix, Enterprise File or DBaaS Instance 5. Auto-provision of Hybrid Cloud Services The trigger documentation should address all of the Resource Unit Categories that are impacted by the event (e.g. STM Instance, storage, tape, etc.) with reference to CMDB status where appropriate. Beginning with the start of Contract Year 6 or (if later) the date of acceptance of the final HCS Setup milestone as detailed in Section 22 of Exhibit 4 and continuing each Contract Year thereafter for the remainder of the Term, the ARCs or RRCs calculation described in this section will only be applicable to Mainframe Resource Units as the pricing for all other Resource Units will change to volume-based fixed unit rate pricing or fixed Charges.
