Common use of Additional Schedules Clause in Contracts

Additional Schedules. 4.3.1. The Parties may by mutual agreement append such additional Schedules to this Agreement as may from time to time be required. Where additional Schedules are required by virtue of the fact that technical requirements for generation facilities owned by the Customer are relevant to the Customer’s connection to the Transmitter’s transmission system under this Agreement, the Parties shall use schedules in the form set out in schedules E and F of version B of Appendix 1 of the Code.
