The County or the Consultant may request changes that would increase, decrease, or otherwise modify the Scope of Work to be provided under this Agreement. Such changes must be in accordance with the procurement policies of the County and must be contained in a written amendment, executed by the parties thereto, with the same formality and of equal dignity prior to any deviation from the terms of this Agreement, including the initiation of any extra work.
