ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND CHANGES IN SCOPE OF WORK. 9.1 Without invalidating this Agreement and without notice to any surety, the City reserves and shall have the right to make such changes from time to time in the character or quantity of the Project as may be considered necessary or desirable to complete fully and acceptably the proposed construction work in a satisfactory manner. Any extra or additional work within the scope of this Project may be accomplished by means of appropriate field orders and supplemental instructions or change orders subject to Articles 33 and 34 herein.
