ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND CHARGES. We may charge for services outside of the range of normal support services, such as (1) debugging application coding errors in your applications, (2) debugging problems in non-Licensor-supported products, or in combinations of supported and non-supported products where the problem occurs in the non-Licensor product, and (3) other cases where we judge it highly likely that the suspected problem is not our responsibility. We will advise you in advance when we believe services are likely to fall outside of the range of supported services, and give you our estimates of the likely charges. IF we find that the problem is, indeed, caused by a supported product, you will incur no additional charges. However, if the problem is not our responsibility, we will charge you at the rates specified in the estimate/service agreement.
