PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND SUPPORT. 4.1 Company shall provide Professional Services on the terms as specified in the applicable Order and SOW. By way of example and not limitation, Company may perform Professional Services with respect to authoring, classification, compliance, configuration, customization, implementation, on-site inventory, training or other services as may be related to the Licensed Products, as well as associated emergency response support services. Each SOW will include as a minimum (i) a description of the Professional Services and any Deliverable to be delivered to Client; (ii) the scope of the Professional Services; (iii) the schedule for the provision of such Professional Services; and (iv) the applicable Fees for the Professional Services, if not specified elsewhere.
