Common use of Additional Services Available to Tenant Clause in Contracts

Additional Services Available to Tenant. To furnish, at Tenant's expense, reasonable additional Building operation services which are usual and customary in comparable, first-class office/research and development complexes in the Boston Northwest Suburban Market upon reasonable advance request of Tenant at reasonable and equitable rates from time to time established by Landlord. Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord, as Additional Rent, the cost of any such additional Building services requested by Tenant and for the cost of any additions, alterations, improvements or other work performed by Landlord in the Premises at the request of Tenant within thirty (30) days after being billed therefor.

To furnish, at Tenant's ’s expense, reasonable additional Building operation services which are usual and customary in comparable, first-class office/research and development complexes similar office buildings in the Boston Northwest West Suburban Market upon reasonable advance request of Tenant at reasonable and equitable rates from time to time established by Landlord. Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord, as Additional Rent, at the cost rates described above in this Section, the charges of Landlord providing any such additional Building services requested by Tenant and for the cost of any additions, alterations, improvements or other work performed by Landlord in the Premises at the express, written request of Tenant within thirty (30) days after being billed therefor.

To furnish, at Tenant's ’s expense, reasonable additional Building operation services which are usual and customary in comparable, first-class office/research and development complexes similar office buildings in the Boston Northwest West Suburban Market upon reasonable advance request of Tenant at reasonable and equitable rates from time to time established by Landlord. Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord, as Additional Rent, the cost of any such additional Building services requested by Tenant and for the cost of any additions, alterations, improvements or other work performed by Landlord in the Premises following the Commencement Date (and not part of Landlord’s Work) at the request of Tenant within thirty (30) days after being billed therefor.

Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord, as Additional Rent, the cost of any such additional Building services requested by Tenant and for the reasonable cost of any additions, alterations, improvements or other work performed by Landlord in the Premises at the request of Tenant within thirty (30) days after being billed thereforbilled, therefore together with reasonable evidence of the cost thereof.

To furnish, at Tenant's ’s expense, reasonable additional Building operation services which are usual and customary in comparable, first-class similar office/research and development complexes research/laboratory building/campus in the Boston Northwest West Suburban Market upon reasonable advance request of Tenant at reasonable and equitable rates from time to time established by Landlord. Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord, as Additional Rent, the cost of any such additional Building services requested by Tenant and for the cost of any additions, alterations, improvements or other work performed by Landlord in the Premises at the express written request of Tenant within thirty (30) days after being billed therefor.
