Common use of Additional Services Available to Tenant Clause in Contracts

Additional Services Available to Tenant. To furnish, at Tenant’s expense, reasonable additional Building operation services which are usual and customary in similar office buildings in the Boston West Suburban Market upon reasonable advance request of Tenant at reasonable and equitable rates from time to time established by Landlord. Xxxxxx agrees to pay to Landlord, as Additional Rent, the reasonable cost of any such additional Building services requested by Xxxxxx and for the reasonable cost of any additions, alterations, improvements or other work performed by Landlord in the Premises (other than any work to be performed by Landlord pursuant to Exhibit B-1) at the written request of Tenant within thirty (30) days after being billed therefor.

To furnish, at Tenant’s expense, reasonable additional Building operation services which are usual and customary in similar first-class office buildings in the Boston West Suburban Market Market, all upon reasonable advance request of Tenant at reasonable and equitable rates from time to time established by Landlord. Xxxxxx Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord, as Additional Rent, at the reasonable cost rates described above in this Section, the charges of Landlord providing any such additional Building services requested by Xxxxxx Tenant and for the reasonable cost of any additions, alterations, improvements or other work performed by Landlord in the Premises (other than any work to be performed by Landlord pursuant to Exhibit B-1) at the express written request of Tenant within thirty (30) days after being billed therefor.

Xxxxxx Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord, as Additional Rent, the reasonable cost of any such additional Building services requested by Xxxxxx Tenant and for the reasonable cost of any additions, alterations, improvements or other work performed by Landlord in the Premises (other than any work to be performed by Landlord pursuant to Exhibit B-1) at the express written request of Tenant within thirty (30) days after being billed therefor.
