Common use of Additional Services Fees Clause in Contracts

Additional Services Fees. 8.4.1 Where you or your Responsible Party requests any Additional Services, and we agree to provide such services, you shall pay to us each month, all invoiced costs and charges incurred in providing those Additional Services pursuant to the most recent price list for such Additional Services that is available in the Residence. 8.4.2 The Additional Services Fees are reviewed periodically.
