Additional Special Education Compensation. A. IEP preparation: Special Education teachers will be compensated with one (1) hour per diem per student annually for the development and presentation of IEPs for the time spent beyond the normal working hours. The Director of Student Support Services may, at his/her discretion, provide equivalent release time in lieu of compensation.
