Additional Straight Time. Payment for the first one-half hour of time worked immediately before or after the basic hours of work per day shall be paid at straight time.
Additional Straight Time. Employees who are assigned to standby duty and who are then called in to work shall receive additional straight-time compensation for the hours worked. Psychiatrists who are scheduled to work a weekend shift at the Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) and/or Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) will receive additional straight time for all hours worked on the weekend shift at the PHF and/or CSU.
Additional Straight Time. The Employer will make available the opportunity to work hours in excess of 37.5 but less than 40 hours when justified by the workload. The Employer will, insofar as possible, equalize the distribution of the additional straight time hours among the overtime eligible Bargaining Unit Members who desire to work additional straight time.
