Lodging Allowance. Employees on travel status who stay in non-commercial lodging shall be entitled to claim $30 per day except where the lodging is supplied by the Employer. An employee submitting a lodging allowance claim shall not be entitled to reimbursement for commercial lodging costs for the same period.
Lodging Allowance. Employees on travel status who stay in non-commercial lodging shall be entitled to claim:
(a) Effective April 1, 2019: $32.28; and,
(b) Effective April 1, 2020: $32.93; and,
(c) Effective April 1, 2021: $33.59 per day except where the lodging is supplied by the Employer. An employee submitting a lodging allowance claim shall not be entitled to reimbursement for commercial lodging costs for the same period.

A. Short-term Rate. Except as authorized in Section 30.02.C below, the Employer shall reimburse, as appropriate, a bargaining unit member for actual receipted lodging expenses incurred while traveling on official State business and overnight lodging is obtained for periods of thirty (30) days or less.
