Additional Taxable Allowances for Travelling. 14.1 For teaching classes coordinated through the University of Xxxxxx and offered outside the city of Regina, or coordinated through a Community Education Centre at Prince Xxxxxx or Saskatoon and offered outside of Prince Xxxxxx or Saskatoon respectively, academic staff members shall be paid the following travel allowances: Effective July 1, 2017: - within 150 kilometres of the coordinating city: $360 - more than 150 kilometres from the coordinating city: $560 Note: If the academic staff member’s normal place of residence is closer to the location of the class than the coordinating city, the travel distance shall be calculated from the member’s place of residence rather than from the coordinating city.

  • Deposits for Charges Subject to Escalation Deposits requested to cover estimated charges for timber subject to escalation under B3.2 shall be based upon Current Contract Rates and related de- posits in effect during previous calendar quarter. B4.215 Deposits When Payment Xxxxxx- xxxx. To the extent payment guarantee is provided under B4.3, requirements for advance cash deposits under B4.212 shall be waived for the value of timber on Sale Area that is cut, but not removed, and for the value of products removed from Sale Area for not more than a monthly billing period, subject to the provisions of B4.4. B4.216 Blanket Cash Deposits. Purchaser may make cash deposits under a written agreement to cover charges made under this and other timber sale con- tracts within the same National Forest. Forest Service shall allocate such deposits to such timber sales. When there is to be no timber cutting hereunder for 30 days or more and payment of current charges has been made, the allocation to this timber sale shall be reallocated to other timber sales within the same National Forest at Purchaser’s request. Purchaser shall not start cutting until allocation has again been made to this timber sale.

  • Start-Up Costs 4.1.1 The Government of Ontario will provide:

  • Scheduling Payments Funds must be available in your Bill Payment Account on the scheduled payment date. If the date you schedule a payment to be initiated falls on a non-Business Day (Saturday, Sunday, or holiday), funds must be available in your Bill Payment Account the following Business Day (e.g. Monday). After funds are withdrawn from your Bill Payment Account to make a payment, we may make the payment either by transferring funds electronically (using the Federal Reserve Banks’ ACH system) to the payee or by mailing the payee a check. Payments scheduled via bill pay will be delivered in two (2) to five (5) Business Days, depending on the method. For payees that accept electronic payments, they will receive the payment within two (2) Business Days after the scheduled send on date. If the payee does not accept electronic payments, a check will be issued and mailed to the address you provide. This is a default method used to ensure that the delivery of the payment is made, even if we’re (bill pay provider) is unable to validate the payee, address or account number. The funds are debited from the linked account one (1) to two (2) Business Days after the send on date. While we will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver your payments made through the Bill Payment Service by the designated delivery date, you acknowledge that circumstances beyond our control may cause delays in the delivery, handling, or posting of payment. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PREVENT ANY DELAY IN THE DELIVERY OF PAYMENTS, AND YOU CAN PREVENT SUCH DELAYS BY SCHEDULING DELIVERY OF YOUR PAYMENT IN ADVANCE OF YOUR PAYEE’S ACTUAL DUE DATE.   • TRAVELLING ZONE EXPENSES 1.01 Work performed outside the city limits shall be termed Out-of-Town Work.

  • Expense Allowances A Teacher shall be reimbursed each month for authorized out-of-pocket expenses upon presentation of appropriate receipts and documents.

  • Meal Allowances Employees assigned to be in travel status between the employee's temporary or permanent work station and a field assignment shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of meals including a reasonable gratuity. Employees must meet the following conditions to be eligible for meal reimbursement:

  • Travelling Allowances (a) If the engagement is for a concert or rehearsal at a venue which is over fifteen miles from the recognised central point of the musician’s normal centre of employment, and alternative transport is not provided and paid for by the engager, a travelling allowance of 36p per mile shall be paid for all miles necessarily travelled on land in reaching, fulfilling and returning from the engagement. ‘Alternative transport’ shall not include the shared use of another musician’s car.

  • Tax Payments Each Company shall be liable for and shall pay the Taxes allocated to it by this Section 2 either to the applicable Tax Authority or to the other Company in accordance with Section 4 and the other applicable provisions of this Agreement.

  • Transfer Expenses A transferred employee is expected to make arrangements to move expeditiously but this should not exceed a period of one year from date of transfer, except where there is a specific agreement between the employee and local management for an extension. The employee must provide in writing his/her intention to move to the supervisor, prior to receiving payment for any applicable living expenses. Reimbursement for actual costs incurred in the move will be allowed as follows: • All employees who are eligible for moving expenses shall be afforded 12 weeks from the date the employee reports to work in the new location (i.e., date of transfer) to decide whether or not they wish to move. Payment of the following expenses is predicated on the employee maintaining his/her previous principal residence:

  • Footwear Allowance The Company will reimburse full-time employees up to fifty ($50.00) dollars per year toward the cost of footwear upon presentation of a receipt. Eligible employees will receive reimbursement for footwear upon completion of six (6) months' service. Once employees have received the footwear allowance, they must wear such footwear during work hours.
