Additional Terms And Covenants Regarding Construction. i. The date stipulated in clause 7.1 hereinabove are hereby and xxxxxxxxx accepted and confirmed by the Allottee(s) and the Allottee(s) hereby agree/s and undertake/s not to raise any objection to the same on any ground whatsoever or howsoever. However, in the event prior to the date stipulated in clause 7.1 hereinabove the Said Unit is ready for hand over in terms of this Agreement, the Allottee(s) undertake/s and covenant/s not to make or raise any objection to the consequent pre- ponement of his/her/their/its payment obligations, having clearly understood and agreed that the payment obligations of the Allottee(s) are linked inter alia to the progress of construction and the same is not a time linked plan. ii. The rights of the Allottee(s) is limited to ownership of the Said Unit together with right to use the car parking space, if any and the right to use the Common Areas, Amenities and Facilities of the Project and the Allottee(s) hereby accepts the same and shall not, under any circumstances, raise any claim of ownership, contrary to the above.
