Apartment Related. 41.5.1 Fittings & Fixtures: Except those provided by the Promoter, all fit-outs to be put- up, erected and installed at or inside the Apartment including the interior decoration shall be done and completed by the Allottee at its own costs and expenses. In doing and carrying out the said fit-out works, the Allottee shall be obliged to do all works in a good and xxxxxxx-like manner and without violating any laws, rules or regulations of the municipal, National Building Code and Fire Safety laws and rules and others and with minimum noise and without causing any disturbance or annoyance to the other co-owners. The Allottee shall ensure that there shall be no stacking of debris or materials in any Common Areas and there shall be regular clearing of all debris arising out of the Fit-out works. The Allottee hereby unequivocally and categorically undertakes not to drill, break, maim, hammer or in any way damage or destroy the beams and columns on the floor, ceiling and walls of the Apartment. The Allottee shall be responsible for all consequences, loss of life and property, damages or accidents that may occur due to breach or default on the part of the Allottee while carrying out any fit-out or other activity.

  • Surgery Services and Mastectomy Related Treatment This plan provides benefits for mastectomy surgery and mastectomy-related services in accordance with the Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 and Rhode Island General Law 27-20-29 et seq. For the member receiving mastectomy-related benefits, coverage will be provided in a manner determined in consultation with the attending physician, physician assistant, or an advance practice registered nurse and the patient, for: • all stages of reconstruction of the breast on which the mastectomy was performed; • surgery and reconstruction of the other breast to produce a symmetrical appearance; • prostheses; and • treatment of physical complications at all stages of the mastectomy, including lymphedema.   • Asset Management Supplier will: i) maintain an asset inventory of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored. Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.
