Specific terms applicable to certain Third Party Content may be included below in Appendix 1 to this Addendum, and Customer acknowledges and agrees that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement or any other arrangement Customer may have with Illumina, the applicable terms in Appendix 1 will apply to and govern with respect to Customer access and use of such Third Party Content.
