Customer Security Obligations. Customer is responsible for maintaining the security of the login credentials, security-keys and the correct configuration of access control lists for Customer’s Accounts. Customer is fully responsible for all activities that occur under its Accounts. Customer agrees to immediately notify Elastic of any unauthorized use of its Accounts, use of an Account in violation of this Agreement or any other breaches of security related to its Account(s), of which Customer becomes aware.
Customer Security Obligations. The General Terms and Conditions require you to use reasonable security precautions in light of your use of the Services. For Mail Services, this includes using a desktop virus scanner and firewall on computers that are connected to the Internet.

DATA DISCLAIMER; INDEMNITY. CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS USE OF THE OFFERING, THE ACTIVITIES OF ITS USERS AND FOR THE ACCURACY, INTEGRITY, LEGALITY, RELIABILITY AND APPROPRIATENESS OF ALL CUSTOMER DATA. CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY RECOGNISES THAT DARKTRACE DOES NOT CREATE OR ENDORSE ANY CUSTOMER DATA PROCESSED BY OR USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE OFFERING. CUSTOMER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT DARKTRACE AND ITS AFFILIATES DO NOT PROVIDE BACKUP SERVICES FOR CUSTOMER DATA AND CUSTOMER UNDERTAKES THAT IT SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKUP OF ALL CUSTOMER DATA. Customer will, at Customer’s own expense, indemnify, defend and hold Darktrace, its Affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees, (“Darktrace Indemnitees”) harmless from and against all liabilities, damages, and costs, including settlement costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by reason of Darktrace's compliance with the instructions of Customer with respect to the ownership, custody, processing or disposition of the Customer Data by Darktrace, as applicable.
Customer Security Obligations. In using the Subject Services, Customer is responsible for establishing, monitoring, and implementing security practices to control the physical access to and use of the Subject Services and all Data therein in accordance with Customer’s own security policies and procedures, and ensuring the adequacy of anti- virus software. Customer will also be responsible for installing customer-installable firmware updates and patches which may be required to address a vulnerability or security flaw. Customer will take all reasonable precautions and security measures to prevent unauthorized use of the Subject Services or Data, including the use of any encryption keys or encrypted storage, retrieval and transmission as may be available for use with the Subject Services. While Illumina uses industry standard security, no system can perfectly guard against risks of intentional or inadvertent disclosure of information. When using the Subject Services, information will be transmitted over a medium that is beyond the control of Illumina. Accordingly, Customer agrees that it assumes the risk for, and Illumina will not be liable to Customer for, any inability to access the Data, the loss or corruption of Data, or for any unauthorized use or access of the Data as a result of Customer’s use of the Subject Services.

Data disclaimer; indemnity. Customer is solely responsible for its use of the Offering, the activities of its users and for the accuracy, integrity, legality, reliability and appropriateness of all Customer Data. Customer expressly recognizes that Darktrace does not create nor endorse any Customer Data processed by or used in conjunction with the Offering. Customer further acknowledges that Darktrace and its Affiliates do not provide or undertake backup or maintenance services for Customer Data and Customer undertakes that it shall be solely responsible for backup of all Customer Data. Customer acknowledges that it is fully and solely responsible for its own Customer Data and all contents within the Customer Data, and will, at Customer’s own expense, indemnify, defend and hold Darktrace, its Affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees, (“Darktrace Indemnitees”) harmless from and against all liabilities, damages, and costs, including settlement costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by reason of Darktrace's compliance with the instructions of Customer with respect to the ownership, custody, processing or disposition of the Customer Data by Darktrace, as applicable.
Customer Security Obligations. Customer controls the end-user security and access controls for its Cloud Product environment and manages the entire Customer Data life cycle. Customer determines what data to use, how long data should be retained, what data should be deleted, who can access the data, addition and removal of users, and configuration of system settings. Customer is responsible for implementing appropriate security measures in connection with its use of the Cloud Products and its Customer Data, including, without limitation, the following: o use of security features made available through the Cloud Products o establishing and enforcing use of strong passwords and setting password expiries o establishing account access controls, such as configuring SSO (Single Sign On), challenging user accounts after multiple failed logins and using activity tracking to log access and system use o setting session expiries o specifically identifying permissible user IP addresses o following industry best practices for de-identifying sensitive data o backing-up Customer Data o limiting the type and amount of Customer Data, as well as its storage, to only what is necessary for the intended purpose Customer will notify Galvanize immediately if it becomes aware of any known or suspected breach of security related to its use of the Cloud Products.
Customer Security Obligations. Customer is responsible for implementing appropriate privacy and security safeguards within its control to protect its PHI. This includes but is not limited to, in relation to Qlik Cloud, Customer (i) configuring and regulating access to Qlik Cloud,
Customer Security Obligations. Customer agrees to do the following in order to preserve the security of the Services being provided pursuant to this Agreement:
(a) Misuse of Services or Information. Customer agrees to take appropriate measures so as to protect against the misuse and/or unauthorized access of SecureSearch’s Services through any methods, including unauthorized access through or to Customer’s user identification numbers or passwords (“Account ID’s”), if provided. Such misuse or unauthorized access shall include any disclosure, release, viewing, or other unauthorized access to information such as social security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or dates of birth. Customer agrees that SecureSearch may temporarily suspend Customer’s access for up to ten (10) business days pending an investigation of Customers use or access. Customer agrees to cooperate fully with any and all investigations. If any misuse or unauthorized access is found, SecureSearch may immediately terminate this Agreement without notice or liability of any kind.
(b) Customer Account Maintenance. Customer is responsible for the administration and control of Account ID’s by its employees and third parties, and shall identify a security administrator to coordinate with SecureSearch. Customer shall manage all Account ID’s, and notify SecureSearch promptly if any Account ID becomes inactive or invalid. Customer shall follow the policies and procedures of SecureSearch with respect to account maintenance as same may be communicated to Customer from time to time.
Customer Security Obligations. Customer and any third party of Customer will not intentionally: (i) breach or attempt to breach the security of the Software or any network, servers, data, computers or other hardware relating to or used in connection with the Software, or any third party that is hosting or interfacing with any part of the Software, including any penetration tests or vulnerability scans not authorized in advance by Panzura; or (ii) use or distribute through the Software any third-party software, files or other tools or devices designed to interfere with or compromise the privacy, security or use of the Software or the operations or assets of any other customer of Panzura or any third party.
