Additional Tiers. It is understood and agreed that in the event legislation authorizing a second (2nd) and/or third (3rd) tier of retirement benefits is enacted during the term of this Agreement, the County may reinstitute the retirement program study group; and the Union agrees to participate in said study group. It is understood that any change in the County retirement program would be subject to the meet and confer process as defined in the Full Understanding Modification, Waiver section of this Agreement.
