Without prejudice to the validation process to be carried out in accordance with clause 2.1 above, BSL may, at its sole discretion, conduct further verification checks at any time during the term of the Affiliate Agreement and require additional documentation from the Affiliate. In such case the Affiliate shall not be entitled to claim any potential commission that might have otherwise accrued in relation to the target country and the suspended New Customers during the intervening time.
