Common use of Additional Work Clause in Contracts

Additional Work. Should any new areas of work transpire, which the Employer considers are not envisaged, as being part of this tender, the prices for the new scope of work shall be mutually decided and agreed upon between the Employer and the contractor based on actual rate analysis on established norms. In the event of non-agreement of the rates, the Employer reserves the right to get the same carried out through any other agency so appointed for.
