Employees shall notify the Employer, in writing, of any change in their name, address, and telephone number within three (3) calendar days after such change has been made. The Employer shall be entitled to rely upon the employee's name, address and telephone number as reflected in the Employer's files for all purposes involving the employee's employment. All bus drivers must maintain an active phone.
