Scheduling Committee. (a) The parties agree to the formation of a Scheduling Committee to discuss and assist in resolving scheduling issues. (b) The committee will be comprised of equal representation from the Union and management. One Union Representative shall be the Bargaining Unit President and one Management Representative shall be the Chief Nursing Officer or designate. (c) Terms of Reference will be developed and mutually agreed to by the Committee.

Scheduling Committee. This Committee shall be a function of the Hospital-Association Committee and shall examine scheduling/staffing patterns on units brought to its attention and shall review suggested changes to current schedules or staffing on a unit basis. Where the Committee finds significant change(s) to be proposed, it may require a vote of the nurses on the unit to be held.
Scheduling Committee. There shall be a Scheduling Committee comprised of four (4) members, one of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President, who will be the Chairperson, and three (3) other members, one of whom may be part-time. There shall be four (4) representatives of the Hospital. Employees who are members of this committee shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent during regular working hours for attending committee meetings. Where an employee attends a committee meeting outside of regularly scheduled hours, she or he will be paid for all hours spent in attendance at meetings at her or his regular straight time hourly rate. These hours will not result in any overtime or premium payment under the scheduling regulations of the collective agreement. The Scheduling Committee shall be provided with a copy of all current master rotations no later than January 30th in each calendar year. Master rotations will not be altered without first meeting with the Union to discuss the proposed changes consistent with F5. The Hospital will endeavor to provide the Scheduling Committee with a copy of the Holiday Season schedule, a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to posting, for review. The purpose of the Committee is to assist Nursing Units in developing, reviewing or revising their work schedules and to make recommendations for change. Employees in an area who wish to have their schedules reviewed, should make a request in writing to the Scheduling Committee. The request may be for either a 7.5 hour schedule or an Extended Tour Schedule or 4 on 5 off scheduling model. C-6 Professional Development Committee There shall be a Professional Development Committee as required by Article 9.02, composed of seven (7) Hospital representatives and seven (7) Union representatives. The Hospital representatives are the Vice-President, Patient Care Services & CNE or designate, a Human Resources representative and five (5) others and the Union representatives are the Bargaining Unit President or designate and six (6) other employees.

Scheduling Committee. The parties will establish a joint scheduling committee composed of four (4) ONA members (one of which will be the Bargaining Unit President) and an equal number of representatives from the Hospital. This Committee shall meet every other month, as necessary or at the call of either co-chair to discuss scheduling issues. Each party may have alternates to replace members, as required. The Association agrees to representation from different areas.
Scheduling Committee. A. A Scheduling Committee composed of Flight Attendant representatives, selected and appointed by the Union, will be established for the purpose of reviewing, at appropriate intervals, the rules and procedures, other than those set forth in this Agreement, affecting scheduling procedures; to maintain a written Flight Attendant Scheduling Policy; and to adopt and implement such action as may be necessary to accomplish these things. Not more than one (1) representative will be from any one (1) unit. The number of Hospital representatives shall not exceed the number of Union representatives. The parties agree to review and revise, if required, the Terms of Reference on an annual basis. Employees who are members of this Committee shall be paid in accordance with Article 6.11.
