Common use of ADEA Waiver Clause in Contracts

ADEA Waiver. You acknowledge that you are knowingly and voluntarily waiving and releasing any rights you may have under the ADEA, and that the consideration given for this waiver and release is in addition to anything of value to which you were already entitled.
