Adequacy of Coverage. Landlord makes no representation that the limits of liability specified to be carried by Tenant pursuant to this Article XV are adequate to protect Tenant and Tenant should obtain such additional insurance or increased liability limits as Tenant deems appropriate. Furthermore, in no way does the insurance required herein limit the liability of Tenant assumed elsewhere in this Lease.
