Common use of Adequacy of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Adequacy of Coverage. Landlord, its agents and employees, make no representation that the limits of liability specified herein are or are not adequate to protect the interests of Tenant. If Tenant believes that any such insurance coverage is inadequate, Tenant will obtain, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, such additional insurance coverage as Tenant deems appropriate.
