ADHERENCE TO EXISTING STATUTES. The parties agree to abide by all applicable municipal ordinances and state and federal statutes, including but not limited to any and all statutes pertaining to discrimination in employment and wage and hour compliance, to the extent said ordinances or statues have an impact upon the working conditions of the bargaining unit employees.
