Common use of Adherence to rules and policies of the Companies Clause in Contracts

Adherence to rules and policies of the Companies. The Consultant and agrees to abide by the reasonable rules, regulations, instructions, personnel practices and policies of the Companies and any changes thereto which may be adopted from time to time as such rules, regulations, instructions, personnel practices and policies may be reasonably applied to the Consultant as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of each of the Companies.
