Common use of Adjacent Structure Clause in Contracts

Adjacent Structure. A Collocator-provided structure placed on AT&T-13STATE property (Adjacent On- site) or non-AT&T-13STATE property (Adjacent Off-site) adjacent to an Eligible Structure. This arrangement is only permitted when space is legitimately exhausted inside the Eligible Structure and to the extent technically feasible.
