ADJOURNMENT FOR WANT OF QUORUM. If within 15 minutes after the time fixed for any Meeting a quorum is not present, then: (a) in the case of a Meeting requested by Covered Bondholders, it shall be dissolved; and (b) in the case of any other Meeting (unless the Issuer, the CBC and the Security Trustee otherwise agree), it shall be adjourned for such period (which shall be not less than fourteen (14) days and not more than forty-two (42) days) and to such place as the Chairman determines (with the approval of the Security Trustee); provided, however, that: (c) no Meeting may be adjourned more than once for want of a quorum.
