The PAYMENT FOR MEETING ATTENDANCE clause establishes that individuals or entities will receive compensation for participating in specified meetings. PAYMENT FOR MEETING ATTENDANCE. 18.01 Where the Employer requires an employee to be present at a meeting scheduled by the Employer, time spent at such meeting shall be considered time worked, in accordance with Article 14.03
PAYMENT FOR MEETING ATTENDANCE. 16.01 When the Company requires an employee to be present at a meeting called by the Company, time spent at such a meeting shall be considered as time worked.
16.02 Any employee who attends a meeting outside his assigned working hours shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours' pay at his appropriate rates of pay.

19.02 At the request of a designated company official, any employee who is required to attend a meeting outside their assigned working hours which is not contiguous to their normal working hours will be paid a minimum of three (3) hours at the applicable rate of pay.
19.03 Payment for meeting attendance as indicated above shall not include meetings required by management with an individual security guard to discuss performance related discipline. The Company, whenever possible, agrees to hold these performance related discipline meetings during the employee's working hours.
PAYMENT FOR MEETING ATTENDANCE. 20.01 When the Co-operative requires an employee to be present at a meeting called by the Co-operative, time spent at such meeting shall be considered as time worked.
PAYMENT FOR MEETING ATTENDANCE. 17.01 When the Employer requires an employee to be present at a meeting called by the Employer during the employee's scheduled working hours, time spent at such meeting shall be considered as time worked.
17.02 Any employee who is required to attend a meeting at the workplace outside of their assigned working hours shall be paid the greater of time actually spent at the meeting or two and one-half (2.5) hours' pay. Any employee who is required to attend a meeting virtually or by telephone outside of their assigned working hours shall be paid the greater of time actually spent in the meeting or one (1) hours’ pay.
PAYMENT FOR MEETING ATTENDANCE. 17.01 When the Employer requires an employee to be present at a meeting called by the Employer, during the employee’s scheduled working hours, time spent at such a meeting shall be considered as time worked.
17.02 Any employee who is required to attend a meeting before or after their assigned working hours shall be paid for the time actually spent at the meeting and, subject to Article 9 Overtime, at the employee's appropriate hourly rate of pay. Where employees are required to attend a meeting not before or after their assigned working hours, the employee shall be paid for the greater of time actually spent at the meeting or three (3) hours at the employee's appropriate hourly rate.
PAYMENT FOR MEETING ATTENDANCE. (i) An employee who is required to attend a meeting for which he/she has been provided twenty-four (24) hours advance notice, shall be paid not less than two (2) hours at the appropriate rate of pay when attending such meetings. An employee, who is on a scheduled day off, may attend said required meeting on a voluntary basis, for which he/she shall be paid in accordance with the above paragraph. In the event that meeting attendance on the day off is not voluntary, the employee will be paid at overtime rates if applicable.
(ii) An employee attending a meeting during their regular scheduled working hours is deemed to be at work.
(iii) An employee who is required to attend a meeting immediately before or after his/her scheduled work assignment will be compensated in accordance with the provisions of article 8.01. Should an employee be required to attend a meeting that does not start within one (1) hour following his/her scheduled shift, then the attendance to said meeting will be deemed to be on a voluntary basis. Conversely, should it be known that the meeting will end in excess of one (1) hour before the start of his/her scheduled shift, then the attendance to said meeting will be deemed to be on a voluntary basis.
(iv) Employees who are paid for meeting attendance that is more than the actual duration of the meeting will not be obligated to work those extra hours.
PAYMENT FOR MEETING ATTENDANCE. 16.01 When the Company requires an employee to be present at a meeting called by the Company, then said employee shall be paid for all time spent at that meeting, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
16.02 When the Company requires a Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to be present at a meeting called by the Company, time spent at such meeting shall be considered time worked and shall be paid in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
PAYMENT FOR MEETING ATTENDANCE. 24.01 When the Employer requires an employee to be present at any meeting called by the Employer, time spent at such meeting shall be considered as time worked, including attendance at a grievance meeting. Any employee attending such a meeting outside of their regular working hours shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours at their regular rate of pay, unless such meeting time is concurrent with their regular shift. In such event they will be paid at their appropriate hourly rate of pay for all hours spent in the meeting. Those employees living more than ten (10) kilometres round trip away from the meeting location are entitled to a travel allowance as per Article 40.01, Use of Personal Vehicle/Kilometre Bonus.
